90.000 people in Rotterdam have trouble reading and writing. The municipality wants to help them improve their language skills. Through a service design approach we are developing an updated customer journey; from A to Z in co-creation with the language target audience. This week the platform and campaign "Beter in Taal" went live. Five experts share their story and what they have gained by working on their language. We are not even close to finishing yet, but what a great start during "de Week van Lezen en Schrijven" (tr. Week of Reading and Writing)!
