The depot holds the entire collection of museum Boijmans van Beuningen. Thousands of pieces, literally! It doesn't create or hold exhibitions though. That's up to the visitors themselves. For the depot we are developing an app which doesn't only give all possible information about the collection, but also stimulates to keep on exploring and examining. This way it creates kind of a "do-it-yourself museum", where the visitor creates its own unique exhibition, simply by wandering around. The app will be launched when the depot opens to the public in Autumn 2021.
