How do you make sure recreationists have a good time, discover new places in an area, it is safe and also continues to be a nice area for the surroundings? We support NBTC Holland Marketing at developing a toolkit and blueprint for crowd management in outdoor public space. Because of COVID-19 this subject has become more urgent, while at the same time NBTC wants to help areas to align with the shared vision for the future of tourism in the Netherlands. In different sessions both the areas and experts are involved to develop a service blueprint. We are involved as experts (digital service design) and developed the co-creation canvasses in Miro.
