Hoogheemraadschap Delfland (the water board of the region Delfland) has a mission: dry feet and clean water for everyone. Quite the task for a region situated below sea level. Over the next few years Delfland is fully focussing on digital transformation, making sure they get the most out of technological possibilities. In our role we direct the design thinking driven innovation proces. This way innovation opportunities become tangible and specific very quickly. Concepts are validated by rapid prototyping and subsequently made truly relevant through high quality UX/UI-design.
