A brand-new global platform
IN10 has set up the complete architecture, interaction and visual designs for both corporate and all 14 country specific sites. In addition, we collaborated on the integration of the Sitecore platform with product databases and local ERP systems so that the information about all touchpoints (from own site to reseller) is uniform.
E-commerce roadmap
Based on customer insights, an e-commerce roadmap was then set up for both B2B and B2C sales. The first projects realized on the roadmap are a digital loyalty program for preferred resellers and a sales platform with completely updated UX.
Design components
In order to have a uniform appearance across all touchpoints and to achieve maximum efficiency, a design system has been developed for DOM Security - a dynamic form of a brand guide. The system is set up in a user-friendly manner for an international team at various locations and includes illustration and animation elements, grids, motion and photography.
